Cheryl Perkins is an adjunct faculty member of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan. She teaches fundamentals of color, proportion and design for undergraduate students in the Illustration Department.

Cheryl has professional experience in advertising and editorial illustration, and has been a professor at College for Creative Studies for over 20 years. In addition to teaching, she works as a commissioned artist that specializes in portrait and automotive paintings.
